Hangin’ Around…Maitland (part III)

This post on the Maitland Art Center will be uncharacteristically laconic, which I just learned is the opposite of verbose. Verbose = overly chatty; laconic = to-the-point. Look at us, we’re learning!
Darn it, I’m not being laconic at all! Let me try this again…
I’m going to be laconic, because pictures are worth a thousand words and man, is there a lot of cool stuff to look at around the Maitland Art Center. And this is just the outside areas. Imagine if I had actually taken pictures of the inside exhibits! Click on the photos to make them larger; the details are just breathtaking.
The takeaway: Once again, this area has pleasantly surprised me. It’s hard to imagine that there’s this much detail, creativity, and beauty tucked away behind Lake Lily. And we’re not even done yet! We still have the Waterhouse Residence Museum (which showcases the life of a typical Victorian family) and the Farmer’s Market to explore. Patience is a virtue, I guess.

Kewl. I almost got married at the Maitland Art Center. Only thing is I think they only allowed up to 30 guests and I couldn’t get the headcount down that low. But it’s a gorgeous place.

Wonderful goods from you, man. I’ve understand your stuff previous to and you’re just too wonderful. I actually like what you’ve acquired here, really like what you are stating and the way in which you say it. You make it enjoyable and you still care for to keep it sensible. I cant wait to read far more from you. This is actually a great site.
